Farewell Luau 2008

Below are some pictures taken at our Farewell Luau in April of 2008. The tables were setup outside in the pool area and the ballroom contained the buffet lines. The brightly colored linen was ordered from GBS and the Black linen from Specialty Textile Services.

Complimentary Centerpiece for Thanksgiving

This is our complimentary centerpiece for Thanksgiving themed functions. Christmas centerpiece options will be posted shortly.

Wine Tasting

The Wine Tasting did not take place at the Cottonwood Country Club but at the Palo Verde Dining room. The event was held to introduce our guests to the new wine menu and get thier feedback.

The linen colors are available from Speciatly Textile and are available in additional colors.

4th of July 2007

On the 4th of July we celebrated Independance day with a stars and stripes dinner dance. The setup shown is for a dinner buffet. Once dinner service has concluded and dessert has been put out the banquet staff quickly clear the buffet line so the real partying can begin.

For this holiday event we offered a specialty drink for the occasion at the bar. Well, maybe the drink may not really have been a drink but Jello shots in red and blue were enjoyed by many of our guests.

A band was contracted by the club to provide entertainment for the evening and everyone had a good time.

The 2007 Luau

In April of 2007 we ended our busy season with a farewell luau. The evening included hula dancers, a flame thrower, a band for entertainment, and of course a delicious dinner buffet. The centerpieces were made in house and can be used for your event upon request.


The colored linen was rented from GBS linen and is available in many colors to suite the needs for your event.

Schafer 40th Birthday - Sundance Room

On Saturday August 11th we celebrated a 40th birthday in the Sundance Room at the Cottonwood Country Club. The menu was a mexican buffet including cheese enchiladas, chicken fajitas, refried beans, mexican rice, a mixed seasoned vegetable medley. For dessert we served sopapillas and the guest brought in a birthday cake (which we cut and served).
