On the 4th of July we celebrated Independance day with a stars and stripes dinner dance. The setup shown is for a dinner buffet. Once dinner service has concluded and dessert has been put out the banquet staff quickly clear the buffet line so the real partying can begin.
For this holiday event we offered a specialty drink for the occasion at the bar. Well, maybe the drink may not really have been a drink but Jello shots in red and blue were enjoyed by many of our guests.A band was contracted by the club to provide entertainment for the evening and everyone had a good time.
